Chag Kasher V'Sameach

Pesach preparations have me so exhausted I can barely type, but I just want to wish all my readers a Chag Kasher V'Sameach.

Thank you for your acts of kindness and, of course, for your omissions of kindness.

Grandma always said, "Pesach freed the men and enslaved the women!"

Yeast is a fungus which is grown by planting a small amount in a barely mixture of 1/2 gallon of barely and water for a week. Then the little yeast fungus consumes the barely entirely, it gets much bigger and it is tansferred to a five gallon vat of barely water for another week consuming more barely and turning all of that into yeast. Then this five gallon fungus is transferred to a 30,000 to 50,000 gallon vat of molassis which is not chametz. If it is done before Pesach then is it bitul b'shisshim and many poskim say it was never chametz because the little fungus boogers ate all the barely chametz so maybe it is kitnyos but probably not that either. You cannot be over baal irahl or baal yematzie with yeast. Maybe 50 years ago when they did not use molasses but get with the time. And most likely it fell off a shelf. When will you stop your motzie shem ra? This is not even loshon Ha'raa it is sheker mammish. Instead of worrying about what falls on the floor in GG why don't you think if eating pizza right away after pesach is a real problem of Ki-uma of wanting the chametz (in the form of frozen pizza dought balls) which is sold to be around right after pesach. According to the Arugas HaBoshem in Budapest they would not eat bread a few days because the yeast then was made from chametz and then Ki-uma was a problem. In Williamsburg the Vaad will not allow pizza to be sold until the next morning due to this issue. So leave GG and Brachs and Supresol alone and leave teh Vaad alone they are all working very hard to kep this neighborhood kosher for pesach, and your nasty comments do not help.
