I disagree Dov. Whether or not "you buy into the cultural civil war garbage", the fact of the matter is, the military and the demonstrators were at odds. Yet as extreme a disagreement there may be, they pray together, albeit with a razor-topped fence between them.
Just passing through: The "military and demonstrators were at odds" -- maybe the IDF echelons, but not your average soldier. Your average soldier wishes they weren't there in the first place (or, at least, they want to be on the other side of the fence).

That never stopped a blogger before.
Nor did it Mom :-)
I just felt enough people posted it already.
I think this picture shows that even when there is a "mechitza" there is one unified minyan davening to one G-d.
what do you think they are praying for?
I don't see what's so great about this picture. Jews pray. We see it all the time.
The only people who impress it are the people who buy into the cultural civil war garbage, and imagine the military trully hates frum Jews.
I don't think that way, so this picture wasn't of anything special or unexpected.
