Since everyone enjoyed the Google Maps sattelite feature so much...
The Federation of American Scientists has created a tool that allows you to gauge the effect the detonation of a terrorist bomb would have on different major U.S. cities. It's really cute. You get to choose the location where you would like to simulate a detonation (one of 25 major U.S. cities), the size of the bomb (anywhere from a relatively wimpy 1 kiloton to an armageddon-like 4-megatons), and the delivery method (plane or automobile).
Just don't try to simulate the 4-megaton one on your home city before you go to sleep for the night. It's scary.

What genius thought this up?! It's almost as bad as Schumer getting on TV every Sunday evening to complain how our ports etc are vulnerable and gives specifics. What a moron.
Schumer is a genius.
He created the "Exploit-the-Slow-News-Sunday" format. He comes with some doomsday prophesy to pontificate about every Sunday and dominates the news all day long. He may be irresponsible, but hardly a moron.
well if you think that's scary don't read some personal accounts written by survivors of the nagasaki and hershima blasts just before they died of raidiation poisoning. and remember those where about 15 and 20 KT what was the quote "sister, my skin is melting off. help me!" you're right don't do it before you go to bed at night.
