I always knew I was crazy. While my results claim I am MO, I amsplit 71% right wing MO and 63% Left wing yeshivish. Based on this I can't stand myself long enough to have a decent conversation with myself.
Congratulations. You're Modern Orthodox all right, but wait! Just when you were ready to live an idyllic happily-labeled life they announce Left Wing and Right Wing Modern Orthodoxy. What the heck is up with that? Maybe you need to rethink and refine some of your positions, and then take the test again so I can put you in a little box.
I'm right-wing yeshivish. Does that mean I would be allowed to live in Lakewood? I too agree that I was forced to choose an answer that "best matched my true opinion" but often, there was a huge gap between what my opinion was and what the closest answer was.
no one's ever called me yeshivish (well, left wing, but close enough) before. Snif. i've never felt so a part of something. See you later, i need to go buy a hat (I think I'll get gray). Clearly I've been fooling myself all these year.
LWY seems to be 'in' over here. I got it too. I agree that the options that they had available did not always seem complete. Good test though. Got me thinkin

If I hadn't read GodolHador's blog, I would be left wing yeshivish. Now I'm just Modern Orthodox. (but left leaning yeshivish).
Oh well.

It just called me MO, which I think is funny since I'm a Reconstructionist koferet.
According to the test I am Modern Orthodox. I am running to take it again. I wonder what I answered wrong. : )
Actually there were way too many questions that didn't have the right option for me.

Sort of the equivalent of those quizzes they run in women's magazines: you know, "How compatible are you and your spouse?"
Lots of fun, though, and a good antidote to the problem we all face of just assuming that we and our chevra constitute the norm.
RW MO here.
I'm right wing MO- but I recently came to that conclusion on me own :)
I'm convinced that I'm the black sheep of the J-blogosphere (LWMO).
"How compatible are you and your spouse?"
New magazine quiz:
"How compatible are you and your Modern Orthodox Rabbi?"
left wing yeshivish who listens to alternarock. How hard could it be to figure out your id?
