Unconfirmed Reports Of Kidnapped Teen's Execution

From JPost:

An unconfirmed report from the Popular Resistance Committees said early Thursday that it executed 18-year-old Eliyahu Asheri, an Israeli settler kidnapped earlier in the week in the West Bank.

The group, which has links to the ruling Hamas, had threatened to execute the Israeli if Israel did not halt its invasion of Gaza.

Earlier Wednesday, Israel's fears came true Wednesday when a spokesman for the PRC in the Gaza Strip revealed an authentic copy of missing teenager Asheri's identity card to the press, confirming claims that he had been kidnapped.

Please make it not be true. There are no words.

Update: The IDF believes that a body found in a Ramallah Wadi belongs to Asheri.

I know it was JPosts words, not yours, but why do we legitimize the disgusting animals by using the word execution? It's not an execution, it's a murder.

Well, an execution doesn't have a specific definition of being lawful:

execution(noun: unlawful premeditated killing of a human being by a human being

This was unlawful, and premeditated. And I agree with you that it is a murder.

Baruch Dayan HaEmes. Hashem Yikom Damo.

Anyone see a reason not to kill every single member of Hamas, the PRC and Al-Aksa? (And no, I'm not a Kach type).

The only response to this MUST be swift and decisive or it will continue, on and on. Let it be known that ANY member of Hamas is fair game, and Israel will NOT hesitant to strike because of the fact that these coawrds hide among children. The blood is on their hands.

The present response is to little to late. Did anyone realy think that the "withdrawl" from Gaza would make life any better? Now we have at least 1/2 dozen of our boys captive (Arad, etc). Assad is laughing at the lowfly by, he should be s***ting in his pants that he is not next. Bush knows what is right in this context and will not publically ask Israel to stop, but Europe will because of the BS document that Abu Mazen and Hamas will sign. This is the Golbal War on Terror.

I attended Eliyahu's funeral today. There's a post with a virtual play-by-play of the ceremony at my blog.
